The Living Labs Open Innovation Community (LL-Open) is open to all individuals, globally, who are interested in Living Labs and Open Innovation. The open community was launched on 20th November 2006 in Helsinki as part of the Finnish EU Presidency launch event of the European Network of Living Labs, including the Helsinki Manifesto launch.

The community of individuals and the network of Living Labs are facilitated by the Corelabs EU Coordination Action. The basics behind the community is to be an interactive workspace where we together develop the phenomena of Living Labs and the European Network of Living Labs(EnoLL).
