Professional Communities will evolve into business organisations, capable of fulfilling the KBS (Knowledge Business Social) expectations of Knowledge Workers and of boosting their creativity and productivity potential . KBS Communities will become direct employer of Knowledge workers, and will act as partner in Networked Organizations for the development of new service-product solutions, providing the disciplinary knowledge that today is integrated within the organisational structure of large enterprises.
