TIDALWAVE MAKES MOVE TO MERGE & TRADE ACTIVELY

Clearwater, Fl. TIDALWAVE HOLDINGS, INC )TDWV.pk, A PINK SHEET COMPANY that has been inactive for several years has entered into negotiations for the sale of the company.

Larry Bache, Sr., former Member of the Board of Directors, agreed to execute a pwer of attorney, expected to be cancelled by the end of July, 2007m that would allow the company to enter into an Agreement. The transaction is pending.

Mr. Larry Bache, Sr. states that the transfer will allow for the company to reorganize, and trade as an International Public Limited Corporation (PLC), and continue to build out its international trading plagtform.

Tidalwave was acquired and ultimately taken back, when in a $4,7 million acquisition, the original controlling shareholders of Tidalwave failied to pay Mr. Bache or his group the balance of the money due.
