Looks like there is something new at the homepage of www.openlivinglabs.eu !

ENoLL, the European Network of Living Labs, counts now 129 members: the new ones (further to the completion of the 3rd Wave Call) were officially announced yesterday at the ICT 2008 events currently in progress at Lyon, France.
