'13/10/2010' 'Thessaloniki, Greece' 'Global Financial Living Lab for SMEs'

A competition concerning innovation and SMEs financing was announced at the following site at the middle of August. Check link

and especially: Check link http://www.changemakers.com/en-us/SME-Finance

It is a very interesting competition which might allow an innovative idea being financed.

The following proposition under the title “Global Financial Living Lab for SMEs” has been developed by The EuroMed Research Business Institute (EMRBI) http://www.emrbi.com/ with Mr. Spiros Chioteris (Member also of the ami-communities) as a coordinator. Check link http://www.changemakers.com/node/86809

As it can be seen at the proposition, several research institutions, universities, research communities and working groups would be needed in order for the idea to be implemented, if of course, it succeeds to be selected for financing.

Individuals and organizations interested participating at that level would be more than welcomed.

Comments on the idea are appreciated and more than welcomed.

By the end of October winners will be announced. Depending on success, the idea will be presented in the Korea G20 summit at the middle of November for financing opportunities.

The ami and living lab community itself or people involved worldwide could assist this attempt at any level.

Moreover, after the selection procedures held by the judges, there will be an open voting period over the web where everybody will be free to vote on the proposals. Three (3) of the proposals with the maximum votes will again travel to the G20 summit to be presented for financing.

Your support at this voting point period, if you really believe in our proposal, would be more than welcomed.

Finally, the initialisation of a discussion on whether this concept could become an ami-community project for development could and would be of great interest

Looking forward receiving your comments

Kind Regards

Spiros Chioteris
