As already announced on AMI@Work news , the ENoLL aisbl Founding Members Assembly took place on March 20th, 2009 in Brussels.
The Founding Members Council election led to the following results:

- Jarmo Eskelinen (Helsinki Living Lab), Council Member
- Tuija Hirvikoski (Laurea Living Labs network), Council Member
- Martti Hyry (Northern Rural Urban Learning and Research Services), Council Member
- Kirsi Lindfors (Tampere Central Region Living Lab TCR-LL), Council Member
- Philippe Roy (Greater Paris Region Living Lab), Council Member
- Bernhard Katzy (Knowledge Workers LL), Council Member
- Klaus-Dieter Thoben (Mobile research center), Council Member
- Daan Velthausz (Amsterdam Living Lab), Council Member
- Alvaro Oliveira (Lighting Living Lab), Council Member

Acting Coordinators for Supporting Communities and Thematic Domain Networks are:
- Roberto Santoro for LL-OPEN, the Living Labs Open Innovation Community of interested individuals
- Seija Kulkki for LL-PARTNERS, the Living Labs Partners Network of interested organizations
- Veli-Pekka Niitamo for LL-POLICY, the Living Labs Policies & Strategies Group
- Bidatzi Marin Bastida for the "Wellbeing, Health, Inclusion" Thematic Domain Network
- Alvaro Oliveira for the "Energy & Environment" Thematic Domain Network
- Philippe Roy for the "Media & Creativity" Thematic Domain Network
- Jesse Marsh for the Regional and Territorial Additional Thematic Domain Networks
The ENoLL Council received the mandate to constitute the ENoLL aisbl (legal entity, non-profit association) and the announcement of the launch of the 4th Wave of ENoLL was made. Currently there are 129 Living Labs members in ENoLL, the European Network of Living Labs: the 4th Wave is due to start soon with candidatures to be submitted in the second half of 2009.
