BACHE PUBLISHES COMMODITY TRADING SYSTEM

L. Edward Bache, Sr., Managing Director of Bache & Co., announced today that the Financial Software Publishing Division of "Bache" would market it's "Black Box" Trading Software, and make it available to the public. The initial "Bache" System that will be offered is "ARBNet, which will be marketed in multiple modules via a special web site located at http://www.eARBNet.com and will be introduced via a multimedia roll out of the product in late 2007 / early 2008.

The product will also be offered in a commercial version, aimed at emerging growth publicly traded companies, whom can utilize the product to generate signals for hedging, or as a foundation for setting up its own trading operations.
