The Fourth Edition of the RuraliTIC Forum is co-organized by the Auvergne Regional Council (France) and other French insititutions with a strong orientation to innovation in rural contexts and ICT territorial projects.
RuraliTIC 2009 takes place in Aurillac, FR (Palais des Congrès les Carmes) from Wednesday 26th to Thursday 27th August and features a rich programme with 2 Plenary Strategic Meetings, 4 Thematic Discussion Panels and 13 Workshops.
Living Labs and user-centric open innovation paradigms are strongly connected to the Forum objectives: ENoLL members are invited to participate to the "Trophées de l’Innovation Territoriale 2009" (Trophies for the Territorial Innovation - 2009). Various themes have been defined as key themes by the RuraliTIC Forum organization and by the Trophy Jury, chaired by Jean-Pierre Euzen (European Commission, DG INFSO): they range from the Digital Connections of communities with citizens and with the main players of the Health domain and of the socio-economic system to e-Democracy on local and territorial basis.
The Trophies will be awarded during the gala evening on Wednesday 26th August at the Castle of Vixouze.
